新西兰先驱报中文网 Bonny 编译 很多女生为了模特身材，不仅在健身房里挥汗如雨，还要面对美食诱惑管住自己的嘴。而诺丁汉一位21岁的女生，竟然为了成为“大尺寸模特”而增肥50斤，摇身一变Instagram的红人。
Aliss Bonython, 21, from Nottingham, was once desperate to wear a size six dress but after years of starving herself, she has ditched the fad diets and is finally embracing her curves.
Aliss Bonython，21岁，来自英国诺丁汉，曾经为了穿上6码的衣服而让自己保持饥饿很多年，后来她放弃了节食计划而长出了圆润的线条。

Photographed in nothing but her underwear, it's hard to believe Aliss once lacked in confidence and hated her body.
照片中只有穿着内衣的她，很难相信Aliss曾经缺乏自信而且厌恶自己的身体。

But after years of self-loathing, Aliss decided enough was enough and 18 months ago she set up an Instagram account to document her transformation.

Now a curvy size 14, Aliss shares images of her body online every day in a bid to show others that women come in all shapes and sizes.
