A three-bedroom home has hit the market for $14,000, making it the cheapest house in Australia.

The home on 11 Grace Street in Moree, northern New South Wales, has severe interior fire damage.

The median cost of an average Australian home today is just over $800,000 making this home significantly cheaper.

The 900 square-metre property was last sold in 2017 for $100,000.
