In the Family Court at North Shore to Jiang Chi, occupation unknown of China. This documentnotifies you that on 1 March 2024 an application for additional guardianship was filed in theFamily Court at North Shore against JIANG CHI. Its reference number is FAM-2024-044-000167. On 8 May 2024, the Court granted an order for substituted service and the order wassealed. Service on Jiang Chi will be deemed to have been effected by a single advertisementin the Chinese Herald. The application, affidavit in support, notice to respondent, substitutedservice order and review of case may be inspected at the registry of the court or at theApplicant’s address for service. The Applicant is Ying Zhou whose address for service is Level4 Building 10, 666 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland, posted to the solicitor at PO Box 62603 Greenlane Auckland or emailed to the solicitor at [email protected].
